Magic Futures at Patreon

To engage prospective employees at AfroTech, Black woman magician Nicole Cardoza partnered with Patreon to create a unique magical evening that celebrated Black magic and its possibilities.

As a Black queer person that once worked in tech, I know how important representation is – and how Black people in tech should be celebrated for the magicians they are! I was thrilled to design and concept this event, bring in my dear friend Rachel Cargle in conversation, and use the newspaper that highlighted Patreon talent directly in my performance.
